Private Sessions with Lisa Marie

Private sessions with Lisa Marie are tailored to the client’s current physical needs; like drug prescriptions are given by a doctor to treat specific ailments, she will prescribe specific physical activities to help you proactively heal from your injuries and prevent future injuries.

Ranging from stretches to balancing techniques to strengthening exercises, all recommended postures will be appropriate for your current physical abilities and needs.  Lisa Marie takes very detailed notes during your session and will email a clearly summarized PDF of the notes to you so that you have them for reference as you practice your healing activities at home.  With your permission, she will also take photographs of your body in the postures and share those with you so that you have a visual and applicable reference, as well as a baseline for comparison as you improve your range of motion, strength, and balance!  

This is an excellent opportunity for those who have specific injuries that need addressing, have no prior experience with yoga, or are just not comfortable with a group class.  Lisa Marie will be gentle, kind, encouraging, and supportive so that you can leave your session feeling empowered and optimistic about your future health and fitness. All necessary props are provided for the session; please wear comfortable clothing like leggings or sweatpants and a t-shirt or tank top.
